Registration and reimbursement policy


Course registration is done on line, on the selected course page. Each course can accept a limited number of participants and needs a fixed minimum to be held. Schedule may change according to the number of participants. In this case, all registered participants are contacted and consulted. You will receive a confirmation at least 2 days prior to the beginning. Access the course list.

registration procedure

  1. From the list, select the activity you want to register for.
  2. Choose your account (or create an account by following the steps).
  3. Click | Ajouter au panier |.
  4. Fill out the form.
  5. Pay by credit card directly on the platform when you register (DO NOT PAY BY INTERAC E-TRANSFER).
  6. A confirmation email containing all relevant information (schedule reminder, clothing, equipment, transportation, sanitation, etc.) will be sent to you approximately 1 week before the start of your training.

IMPORTANT : You must make the payment to have your registration registered. Once your transaction is complete, you will receive proof of payment by email.

fees and payment

Course fees include (unless otherwise specified): wood for practice and for final project, access to hand tools and machine-tools, protective earmuffs, goggles and steel-toed shoe covers on loan. You can bring your own protection accessories if you have them. For more details, consult description page of specific courses.

Payment is made at the time of registration, by credit card, via Stripe, a secure payment processing platform.


You may cancel your registration at any time by writing to us at: Your registration will be cancelled upon receipt of this notice. If you cancel your registration BEFORE the start of the course, you will receive a full refund of the registration fees paid.

If you cancel your registration AFTER the start of the course, the following fees will be deducted from your refund:

  • the cost of courses already taken;
  • a penalty under the law. This penalty is the lesser of $50 or 10% of the price of the courses that were not taken.

Please note that a minimum number of participants is required for the ÉÉAM to offer a course. The ÉÉAM reserves the right to cancel a course if the number of registrations is deemed insufficient. In this case, the registration fee will be reimbursed in full.


If you miss a class for which your registration was confirmed and the class did take place, you lose that class. The ÉÉAM is under no obligation to reimburse or transfer your fee to another course.


For safety reasons, all participants must make sure that nothing they wear, including rings, long hair, loose-fitting clothes, will jeopardize their safety or operation of the machines.
